Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card), Pay Pal, or online gift certificate.
Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled.
Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Buyer’s credit card will be charged at time of shipment, and you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes shipment tracking information.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped via UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Receipt signature is required.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

ONLINE/WEBSITE RETURN POLICY
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. AFTER 5 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags attached/original packaging. Items purchased online may not be returned in-store for anything but store credit.
SALE ITEMS AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE.
All sales final on beauty products, homegoods, books, gift certificates, and candles.
Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund is processed.
We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges of full price merchandise, purchased in shop, may be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Store credits are valid for 1 year.
SALE ITEMS AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. HOWEVER, WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM IF WE HAVE YOUR DESIRED SIZE IN STOCK.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
All sale items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
We are happy to price adjust an item if it was purchased at full-price within 7 days of first markdowns, whether in store or online. The difference will be offered as store credit.
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will be used solely for the purpose of filling your online order.
